Because lending isn’t just about money.

Billions of people could afford healthier, more stable lives, if only they had a tool to borrow and repay a fair amount, over a reasonable time. Our borrowers pursue powerful opportunities. We empower them to weather storms – and afford to thrive.Because lending is about building a future. For families, communities, and countries.

Unlocking responsible investing across borders.

aable makes it easy to invest in a fairer world. We offer the aable note, a fixed income product that funds our lending across the world. It will be available with varying maturities and to Europe-based investors. Before aable, few opportunities had been open to ordinary investors. And even fewer targeted the global credit gap.Let’s change that. So everyone can afford to thrive. 🌱

Debt spirals & poverty traps.

It is rare to have enough cash to pay for life’s expensive milestones – a new child, home, or business.
Billions of people, faced with this reality, have a brutal choice: go without, or borrow at rates they cannot afford.
Where bank loans and credit cards are limited, people may turn wherever they can.
Lenders discriminate, exploit, or simply deny loans. Some trap borrowers in downward debt spirals. And the cycle continues.
But we see a path out of this crisis.

How do we do it?

Investors who care➡️More patient and flexible capital
Holistic data➡️Better assess credit risk
Direct lending platform➡️Reduce overhead costs

We are seeking an outstanding CEO who is passionate about launching and scaling a company that is equal parts social mission and financial innovation.

Our CEO will build the team, product, and vision to make this possible. Our product is multi-dimensional, so we’re recruiting someone who grasps the very different aspects of our business, raising capital from compassionate investors, lending to borrowers in emerging markets – all through a digital platform with intelligent due diligence in the back-end.The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience building and leading teams with an innovative product in challenging environments. You’re a big thinker but dive into operations. You love autonomy but collaborate easily. You see the promise of a world with fairer lending – and inspire others to make it a reality. The CEO will work closely with our advisory board, who range from investment management, regulatory compliance, development finance, and tech start-up backgrounds.Responsibilities
